Pollo Salsa catered at my child's school, Country Place Elementary, in Carrollton, Texas a couple of years ago. The food was excellent. Many people were commenting on how they had never tried Pollo Salsa before and how impressed they were with the quality of the food. About 250 people enjoyed a delicious catered meal at a very reasonable price that evening.
